The Universal Surfboard Hooks make it easy to carry surfboards or paddle boards on the side of your van, keeping bulky boards out of the interior and off the roof. Designed to work with any round 1.25” diameter tubing, these hooks are the perfect companion for our Surf Pole and Side Ladders, offering a secure and versatile board-carrying solution for adventure vans. Sold as a pair, each hook provides 6.8”–7.4” of interior width, allowing you to carry up to two surfboards or one large paddle board with confidence. The hooks feature a flat backside and built-in tie-down points, making it simple to strap boards tightly in place for highway driving or rough roads. Protective EVA foam padding and rounded end caps help prevent damage to your boards during transport. Each hook mounts using billet aluminum clamps designed specifically for 1.25” tubing and includes plastic bushings to ensure smooth rotation in all weather conditions. The hooks can be assembled to fold inward to the left or right, sitting parallel to the van when not in use for a clean, low-profile setup.
