Exquisite pochoir prints illustrating Pierre Louys' The Adventures of King Pausole. Printed in Paris, 1930. Brunelleschi was particularly known for his stylish erotic prints, redol ent of Art Deco and the glistening Jazz Age in Paris. The pochoir process is a means of printing using watercolour and gouache through stencils. Entirely unmechanised, it was both an intensive and highly luxurious way of producing images. Show more
