The Overalls Frog was added to the shop the moment it was finished—I just couldn’t wait to share it. Frog Princess came later. Her long pinafore dress went through several adjustments before I was happy with the shape, and once the dress was right, I adjusted her body to match. Both are made from plant-dyed fabric and come with a keychain for attaching to a bag. They’ll both keep coming back in small batches. Some pieces come out lighter, some darker, and the tone and pattern may also be different. The handwoven cotton has a naturally rustic texture. Tiny cotton seeds, uneven threads and a slightly coarse feel are all part of the fabric and are not flaws. Each piece of dyed fabric is only enough to make a few frogs, so the one you receive may look different from the photos. No two will be exactly the same.
