Borg Warner S300 S366 S362 S364 S363 S372 upgraded turbo rebuild kit with 360 degree thrust bearing and staggered front and rear piston rings. 3 major features that make this upgraded S300 rebuild kit the highest quality: 360 degree copper bar thrust bearing (lasts much longer than than steel thrust bearings bearings because of coppers ability to dissipate heat) Staggered front and rear piston rings that give 360 degrees of protection of sealing out oil leaks on both sides of the turbo. Includes compressor housing oring (the s300 turbos never had seals to seal the compressor housing, we include a seal, though it does require the bearing housing to be machined to fit the oring, we do offer this as a service, but considering the cost of shipping it maybe best to have done at your local machine shop. (The oring needs to have .010” compression)) The s300 factory bearing is only 270 degree which can common wear out prematurely on a high performance application.
