We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is: ✅ all fabric and surfaces has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite 🛠 ✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites and are given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼 ✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠 The following have been noted reflected in the price: Very little general wear and tear, no fading kites anywhere in the set, excellent structural condition internally. There is one fabric abrasion/hole on the right hand arm of the 3 seater, and one ink stain on the inner frame (has been lifted 90% could be fully removed upon request) please see walkthrough video for deep dive.
