Design & Form This suite is upholstered in its original beige corduroy velvet, a fabric that defined the decade with its tactile richness and durability. Deep button tufting across the seat and backs enhances the plush comfort while creating a striking quilted effect. Dimensions 5 chairs each 63 wide x 85 deep x 35 to seat Condition Very good vintage condition. The suite has been deep cleaned and one chair has had a repair to the front of one cushion. There are wear marks to sone aspects of the velvet - particularly in the corners of the cushions where legs have rubbed, as expected for age but overall it presents beautifully. The foam bases are excellent and supportive. All tufting is intact and each cushion is held in place by a combination of Velcro and stitching. Cushions can be removed for cleaning or replacing if reupholstering is your preference.
