About Designer Scott Stills of Edgy Bladeworks is a custom knife maker based in Asheville, North Carolina. A part-time maker working toward a full-time career, Scott has been a knife collector for nearly eight years and began making knives about four years ago. Like many makers, he started with fixed blades, but his long-term goal was always to create folding knives—a goal he soon achieved. Deeply passionate about knifemaking, Scott believes it is what he was meant to do.
