Custom Order Process & Deposit Policy: All custom orders require a $35 USD non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot and begin the design/planning process. After your deposit is received, we will email you to gather the details of your custom request and provide final pricing. Total cost varies based on design complexity, but most custom tumblers typically range from $35–$150 USD.
