Dates: August 2nd-September 3rd Join this community project as we spend 33 days Grouding. We'll be resetting ourselves, calming the nervous system, exploring and reaping the benefi ts of grounding, forest bathing and tree loving. This project is beginner friendly, all you need to access to a patch of grass and or parks/nature.
