Join us for an evening of learning, practice, and gentle connection as we explore the foundations of conscious breathing. We’ll discuss the who, what, when, where, and why of breathwork, including how intentional breathing can support relaxation, focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. During this class, you’ll: Learn the fundamentals of breathwork and why it matters. Explore several simple yet effective breathing techniques. Practice guided breath patterns in a safe, supportive environment. Experience a gentle release session to help you integrate what you’ve learned. We’ll close the evening with a warm tea circle, offering an opportunity to relax, reflect, and share your experience if you feel called. Sharing is always optional—you’re welcome to simply enjoy your tea and the peaceful atmosphere.
