In this class you’ll learn to make one 14cm chocolate banana caramel gateaux, inspired by the Whittakers caramel banana chocolate. A layer of banana cake, topped with caramel creme ux, diced banana, banana caramel chocolate mousse and chocolate glaze. This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request. It can not be made gelatine free You will not receive a booking reminder.
