Once you place a deposit we will send you an electronic cutting form and set up a 15-20min phone call if you would like help walking through the customization options. The Meat will take up to 5 weeks to be ready for pick up or delivery. A quarter cow will be 80lb of meat with a final invoice of $700 ($1200 - $500 deposit) Any organs or tallow will be an addition price on top of the price for the standard meat. Please take a look at our custom order form before placing a deposit. Note that filling out the form without placing a deposit is not making an order. We will need both the deposit and the completed form to move forward. Our standard quarter typically includes the following, although this will change based on your selections.
