Like our other metal offset bracket we manufacture, the 25mm offset allows for more tire clearance with less chance of scrubbing when the wheels are articulating or turning. The customer has the ability to position the mud flap that is best suited for their application. The plastic is easy to work with meaning that when drilling holes to mount, as well as trimming the plastic with tin snips can all be done quickly to get these fitted to your vehicle. Polypropylene plastic was chosen as it provides good impact resistance, considerable thermal resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. Other features and benefits of polypropylene sheeting that make it the most suitable plastic for our mud flaps is that it has a high abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, stress crack resistance as well as being stiff enough to hold its form as a mud flap yet flexible enough to contour to any guard. The 25mm offset bracket is laser cut and cnc folded 304 stainless steel. Powder coated in satin black for a sleek finish.
