GROUNDING & STABILITY YIN YOGA & SOUND MEDITATION EVENING Vanessa will guide you through a Yin Yoga session, Yin yoga is a quiet and slow practice that is suitable for all. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility. This mindful practice is mostly focused on the lower body and allows you time and space to connect to yourself and relieves tension and stress. After a short comfort break Vanessa will then take you through a sound meditation, sound meditation will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you back to your breath and back to your body and into total relaxation. Please Note – The sound meditation event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way.
