Each year, we release a unique Up Helly Aa gin, often experimenting with different cask ageing processes and botanicals to create a distinct flavour profile. This year's special release is crafted using our Original Shetland Reel Gin as the base which has been rested in a cask which had previously held whisky, creating a rich and complex flavour profile. The end result is another spectacular Up Helly Aa gin that can be enjoyed at home or added to the collections of those who have been celebrating our Up Helly Aa journey since 2015.
