The Ultimate Performance Hot and Cold double pack contains two reinforced reusable nylon colour coded packs which can be applied directly to the skin. Each pack will remain at opti mal temperature for up to one hour allowing you to administer treatment on the move. The blue cold pack is suitable for freezing and contains a non-toxic gel which will remain pliable in temperatures as low as minus 20°C and the hot pack (red) is microwavable or can be heated in water ten minutes prior to use (maximum 80°C).
