Uplift is designed to lift your mood, help with depression, postpartum unhappiness, bring you out of the blues, and... you get the idea. We know things can feel heavy; we had this in mind while developing this tea. With oaty, lemon and floral notes. The longer you steep Uplift, the richer and the stronger the chrysanthemum flavor. By itself, chrysanthemum tastes mild and fresh, and subtly sweet. Lemon balm and mint emphasize that fresh taste, while keeping on the mellow side. Damiana grows wild in equatorial America, a shrub whose flowers give some people a slight euphoric lift. Uplift is one of LMTC's first botanical recipes. We collaborated with a Korean herbalist for the perfect anti-depressant that tastes great and works! Some traditional schools of medicine focus on keeping energies in balance, and this blend is filled with "cooling" botanicals, to balance the "overheating" common in our modern world.
