File requirements Width: exactly 22 inches. Anything narrower wastes paid space; anything wider gets cropped. Format: PNG with a transparent background. Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size. A 22-inch-wide sheet means a 6600-pixel-wide file. Spacing: leave about 0.25" between designs and 0.25" from the edges so nothing clips when the sheet is trimmed. Transparency: anything transparent stays unprinted. Solid white areas print as white ink. No background: do not export on a white rectangle — it will print as a white box. Pressing Cut each design out of the sheet, preheat the garment 5–10 seconds, press at 282°F (139°C) with medium pressure — 10 seconds on cotton and 50/50 blends, 6 seconds on polyester — then peel immediately while hot. Finish with a 5-second press under parchment. Test on a scrap of the same fabric first — presses vary.
