How It Works After placing your order, we'll send you a dental self-impression kit — complete with upper and lower impression trays, impression putty, and a prepaid USPS return box. Once we receive your impressions, your Retainer-Night Guard Set is fabricated in our dental lab and shipped directly to you. Easy-to-follow instructions and tutorial videos are included to help you take an accurate impression with confidence. If ordering for two or more people, each order must be placed separately. Fit & Warranty Your Retainer-Night Guard Set is made by state-of-the-art computerized equipment, assuring a precise fit based on the impressions you send us. Over 98% of our appliances fit perfectly on the first try. If your appliance cracks or breaks due to normal usage within the first 120 days, we will replace it for free using your existing impression or File Your Smile digital file. Important Notes Your Retainer-Night Guard will not fit correctly if you still have brackets, buttons, cosmetic gems, or leftover cement on your tooth surfaces.
