Description : The collar grade insignia for Petty Officers Second Class consists of an eagle on perch above the rate’s insignia of two chevrons. Worn on both collar points of the k haki shirt and overblouse, the insignia is tilted approximately 45 degrees inboard, with the eagle facing inward, at a point one-inch distant from the collar’s front and lower (back) edges. Pin-on collar devices are previously worn and are in Very Good condition unless maarked Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT). Sold in pairs (2 per order).
