Heirloom copies the digital files from your current digitizing order—or your most recent eligible digitizing order—onto the drive before it is shipped. The Backup Flash Drive is available only when: You currently have a digitizing order with Heirloom; or Your most recent digitizing order was completed within the previous 90 days Orders completed more than 90 days ago are not eligible. If you have placed multiple digitizing orders, the drive will contain files from your current or most recent eligible order.
