The Electro-Harmonix Memory Boy is an anlog delay with modulation and optional expression control. Nice chorusy, warm delays, pitch shifted arpeggiation sounds, seasick modulations and more are capable with this pedal. Controls Delay: 30 to 550 ms of delay Depth: amount of modulation Blend: wet/dry control. Counter clockwise is dry, clockwise is wet. Feedback: amount of repeats for the deleay. At high settings this will cause the delay to self oscillate. Triangle/Square toggle: changes the waveform of the modulation. Triangle for smoother sounds and square for more abrupt modulations. Chorus/vibrato/exp. pedal toggle: sets the modulation speed between slow, medium fast. An external expression can control either rate of modulation or delay time. The expression can also be controlled with CV for integration with voltage controlled pedals and synthesizers.
