This is a unique one of creation by local guitarist David Harman and blends the love of music with graphic novels.The basis of this guitar is an early 2000 Squier Telecaster made by Fender. which has been totally upgraded to the following specifications to make a fantastic sounding and playing guitar.Pickups - EMG Active "T" set pickups which gives you all the twang and punch youd expect with incredible clarity and definition but with no hum. Bridge - Wilkinson WTB Telecaster "Ash-Tray" bridge in black with compensated saddles. Tuners - Authentic Fender USA tuner taken from a 1995 Stratocaster Controls - Custom black control plate and gold knobs from Northwest Guitar Pickguard - Original Squier pick guard overlaid with Watchmen Graphics and sealed with Nitrocellulose lacquer. The neck is the original Squier Maple construction. The body is again original Squier (Alder) and has been wrapped with a collection of Watchmen graphics laser printed onto 80gsm paper and decoupage applied onto the body. The final finish is achieved with 8 layers of acrylic lacquer, sanded and machine polished.
