PR02 was the second prototype Classic built in 2015 and features our unique Vanquish circuit board, The board has internal trim pots to adjust the attenuation of the volume control, treble bleed content of the volume control when rolled back and how dark the tone control goes when on zero. When the blower switch is up the volume and tone controls work as per normal and can be turned down for your required rhythm sound you can then use the switch to bypass the controls and take the guitar back to 10 without adjusting your controls and loosing your rhythm sound giving the guitar 2 useable settings at the flick of a switch! At the moment the guitars internal attenuation trim pot is set to maximum so you won't here any audible difference if you flick the switch when the volume control on the guitar is set to 10 but if you turn down the trim pot you could then use the switch as a boost in any position of the volume control if required.
