Some slings are complicated, some are dam simple. These are the latter. Cave man simple, find a sling swivel, opening through a rail or front sight post - whatever your platform provides you can definitely jimmy something up with one of these slings. Two metal 'D-rings' are used to adjust retention/loop back onto themselves to retain your weapon. The strap itself has absolutely no joins so there are no real weak points for failure. Hardly the 'high speed' sling in this day and age, but rock solid and keeps the arms fresh and ready.
