Their 1992 self-titled debut was one of that year’s standout dance records, but a planned follow-up was blocked by ffrr over copyright issues. Two finally arrived as a sharp, sample-rich return. Guests include Michael Stipe of R.E.M. on several tracks, Chuck D of Public Enemy on Power To The Beats, and Edwin Starr.
