We introduced Pressure Regulators to combat heat exposure in 2018. When the air temperature is hot, the air pressure in your inflatable increases. The pressure regulator automatically lets air out and allows the utility dock to operate at higher pressures. Multi Layer PVC (VS Single Ply) The biggest cost driver of any inflatable build is the thickness of the PVC used in its construction. Thin PVC is why inflatables have bad reputations for having durability issues. Yes, price matters, but making cheap inflatables that don't last more than a season or two is not the business we're in. We go way overboard and use three layer PVC, with reinforced RAILS that can withstand kids, dogs and even some cats? Yes, it is more expensive, but it'll last significantly longer and you won't have to deal with patches.
