The Utopia vase is what the studio made when it had nothing to prove and no anecdote to attach — no commission, no grudge, no fear being worked through, just the best object anyone here knew how to build, completed in 2025. Layered ceramic petals wrap the body under a reactive blue glaze that shifts tone across every overlap, and the form rises into a double neck vase with two separate mouths, so a pair of stems can stand apart without needing a second vessel. As a twin opening vase it settles the oldest small dispute in flowers: two blooms, one container, and a negotiation. There is nothing more to explain. We will not invent an origin for it, and we will not apologize for that either. Buy it because it is the best one; that has always been the whole pitch, and for once it is enough. Finished by hand, one reactive glaze at a time.
