UTV Beadlock wheels are constructed from heat-treated 6061-T6 spun aluminum. They boast billet CNC machined 6061-T6 rings, flanges, and centers, making them the strongest UTV wheels available. Cast wheels can crack or "shatter" during high-speed impacts due to their brittleness and porosity, but our wheels are produced to drastically reduce this risk. If a sharp impact is encountered, our wheels will bend instead of shattering, and usually can still hold air, allowing you to get back home. This is why racers opt for non-cast wheels.
