If the vendor’s price has decreased, we automatically pass those savings on to you. Shipping Review & Adjustments Product shipping costs vary widely by size, weight, vendor, and destination. TTN applies a standard shipping fee of $19.99 at checkout. If your order exceeds that amount due to vendor shipping costs, TTN will review the order and provide a custom shipping quote for approval before processing. If actual shipping costs come in below the standard fee, those savings are also passed back to you. Returns & Refunds All returns must be approved by TTN. Once approved, TTN will coordinate with the vendor on return eligibility. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% processing fee, regardless of whether the order is processed, canceled, or returned by the buyer/shopper. If merchandise is returned, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed when applicable, depending on item condition and vendor requirements.
