If actual shipping costs come in below the standard fee, those savings are also passed back to you. Returns & Refunds All returns must be approved by TTN. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% processing fee, regardless of whether the order is processed, canceled, or returned by the buyer/shopper. If merchandise is returned, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed when applicable, depending on item condition and vendor requirements.
