These fibre cables are single strand assemblies and are suitable for use over 200-1100nm. They are constructed using high quality Silica/Silica fibre with Polymide buffer, and have an N.A. of 0.22. These fibres are suitable for use from 200nm>, but it should be noted that prolonged exposure to DUV wavelengths will cause attenuation from 200-250nm which will increase further over time. If 200-250nm is important to your application, please be sure to choose one of our solarisation resistant assemblies instead which a offers constant transmission in this region.
