Standard production time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. Materials & DurabilityWe manufacture our inserts using ASA or PETG filament, chosen based on the weight and durability requirements of the insert. PETG provides excellent impact resistance and flexibility for lighter applications, while ASA offers added strength and higher UV/weather resistance for heavier loads and long-term use. This way, your insert is built to perform in real-world conditions—whether on the range, in storage, or in transport. Custom Caliber InsertsDon’t see your caliber listed? No problem. We offer custom design services to create inserts tailored to your exact needs. If you request a custom design, please allow for an additional 2 business days on top of the standard 3–5 day production window. Our team will work closely with you to make sure the insert fits securely and meets your expectations.
