Each component has been thoroughly tested and developed for a specific application. This range provides a Quality Assured replacement part that will meet or exceed the requirements of the original unit. After 15 years of experience in developing and manufacturing clutch kits for Aftermarket use, PHC is the trusted source for a complete range of Clutch Kits suited to your vehicle. PRODUCT NOTES: PHC Heavy Duty Clutch Kits are manufactured with a (typical) 20% increase in clamp load, resulting in an equivalent increase in torque capacity. Increasing clamp load by more than 20% can put the vehicles hydraulic system under stress, significantly reduce clutch system life and result in very high clutch pedal actuation effort. Therefore if additional torque capacity is required, please consider a 4Terrain or Mantic clutch kit to suit your application. Beware of imitation products with clamp loads greater than 20% over OE specification. Heavy Duty clutch kits with a SSCC/SSC/SC suffix, feature upgrade cerametallic clutch plates. SSCC clutch plates feature dual sided cerametallic friction material, designed to further increase torque capacity, with a moderate reduction in pedal feel and more sudden engagement. SSC clutch plates feature dual sided cerametallic friction material with no segment cushioning, designed to further increase torque capacity, with a significant reduction in pedal feel and aggressive sudden engagement. SC clutch plates feature dual sided cerametallic friction material with no segment cushioning and a non-sprung hub, designed to further increase torque capacity, but offering very little pedal feel and ultra aggressive sudden engagement - not suitable for street use. This kit includes : Heavy duty cover assembly with 20% (typical) increase in torque capacity / clamp load, Clutch plate, Release bearingHeavy Duty Clutch Kit Suits OE FlywheelTypical 20% Increase in Torque Capacity1 Year / 20,000KM WarrantyVEHICLE FITMENT:Chevrolet Luv 1.6 Ltr 4 Cyl KB20, 1/73-12/80Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TG, 4/83-5/85Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TF, 3/82-4/83Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TE, 10/79-3/82Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TX, 3/75-3/77Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TD, 4/78-10/79Holden Gemini 1.6 Ltr TC, 3/77-4/78Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB41, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB40, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB20, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB25, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB21, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB26, 1/73-12/82Holden Rodeo 1.6 Ltr, G161 KB46, 1/73-12/82Holden Shuttle 2.0 Ltr Diesel 1/82-12/91Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD46, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD25, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD21, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD20, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD26, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD41, 1/77-12/82Holden Rodeo 2.0 Ltr Diesel, C190 KBD40, 1/77-12/82Isuzu Elf 150 Series 1.6 Ltr Petrol KA51, 1/72-12/79Isuzu Elf 150 Series 1.6 Ltr Petrol KA41, 1/72-12/79Isuzu Elf 150 Series 1.6 Ltr Petrol KA40, 1/72-12/79Isuzu Elf 150 Series 2.0 Ltr KAD41, MSG, 1/78-12/84Isuzu Elf 150 Series 2.0 Ltr KAD51, MSG, 1/78-12/84
