Apply the tape in numerous ways for different necklines see packaging box for more information on how to achieve a lift in any style! Cut the clear flap off the Lift Up Pad so you are left with the adhesive cup. Apply both cups and then cut strips of DIY tape to suit. Position the breast up where you want it to stay and apply each strip starting with the centre whilst always supporting the breast to ensure it stays in place.
