PreserVac LiquidVac The PreserVac LiquidVac is far more than a standard external vacuum sealer. While it handles everyday vacuum sealing tasks with ease, where it truly stands apart is its patented liquid sealing technology — a system that takes all the guesswork and mess out of sealing liquids completely automatically. At the heart of the LiquidVac is a purpose-built extended vacuum chamber positioned directly in front of the seal bar. As the bag is drawn under pressure, this chamber gently separates the bag walls and acts like a siphon, capturing any excess liquid before it can reach the vacuum mechanism or seal area. An internal pressure sensor detects when liquid is moving forward and automatically triggers the sealing cycle — no special technique required from the user. The end result? A perfectly vacuumed bag and completely dry, clean double seals every time. Soups, stews, sauces, marinades, wet proteins or even plain water — all sealed with zero fuss. 30cm Double Seals & Dual Pumps — Perfect for Sous Vide The LiquidVac features a 30cm wide removable seal bar producing strong double 2.5mm seals, backed by dual piston pumps pulling 20 litres of air per minute at 90kPa vacuum pressure, powered by a 250W DC motor. The double seal construction makes it equally well-suited to sous vide cooking as it is to everyday food preservation. Versatile Sealing Modes & Removable Drip Tray Choose from dry or moist modes, each with strong or gentle vacuum strengths, to suit everything from firm dry foods through to delicate items that would otherwise be crushed. A precise manual pulse function lets you control exactly how much vacuum is applied — simply hold the button to vacuum and release to stop. A removable drip tray makes cleanup straightforward. 250 Consecutive Cycles — No Cooling Down Required When processing large quantities of food, the LiquidVac keeps up. It's rated for up to 250 continuous seal cycles (each cycle being one vacuum and one seal) without needing to pause for the machine to cool. One-Handed Metal Soft-Close Locking Handle The folding metal handle locks the lid down with a single push and releases just as simply by lifting from the centre — smooth, sturdy and easy to operate with one hand. LED Display with Touch Controls The lid-mounted LED progress screen provides clear, at-a-glance feedback across all functions including vacuum level, sealing status and marinate mode. Controls are touch-sensitive and clearly labelled.
