Description We offer custom downrods for our products with a diameter of 1 inch. For other custom model requests, please contact us via email before placing your order. Typically, custom 48" downrods take about one month to process, while 18", 24", and 36" downrods take approximately 30 days. If you order both a fan and a downrod, we'll ship the fan first. As the downrod is custom-made, it will take about a month to complete, and we'll send it to you as soon as it arrives. Please note that custom downrods do not include the upper drop ball; they are sold as downrods only. Notice You can email to confirm the inner diameter of the purchased ceiling fan down rod before placing an order, so as not to cause inconvenience to you if it is not suitable. After placing the order, you can inform us of your fan model by email and we will make a note for you in the system, thank you. If you need an extension cord, please note when placing an order. The downrod is shipped from China, and cross-border transportation takes about 15 days. 5. Please note that we cannot ship the custom downrod if the compatible fan SKU/model is not provided.
