I have also recorded an audio version of all the verses, with a total of 64 of them corresponding the 64 hexagrams for students to enhance their spiritual state of mind and body. The feedback from my students inspired me to explore the possibility that the frequency characteristics of each line could improve certain pain conditions, and so the Healing Soundtrack was born. Meditation, healthy food, and a positive attitude to life all bring us high frequency vibrations. If the vibration frequency of certain cells or organs in the body does not resonate harmoniously with other parts of the body, there is an increased chance of illness, but if an organ is brought back to its normal frequency, it can heal itself and return to normal function. According to scientists, the frequency of sound can harmonise organ and cellular frequencies, especially when listened to in a Theta or Alpha brainwave state.
