OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY: - You have 10 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to send back the return for an exchange or store credit on your account. The item(s) must be in the mail and timestamped at the post office within 10 days of being delivered in order for us to accept the return. There may or may not be items available to cover your exchange. Due to our high volume of sales, if we do not have an item for exchange in your requested size/style, you will receive a store credit. Please be sure to send us an email to [email protected] first to confirm your eligible return. After we respond to your email, please mail back your item(s) (all items must be in their original packaging) with the following information included: - Your sales slip: - Your name: - Order #: - Reason for the return (if the item is damaged, please just let us know.
