It is any wonder that travellers exploring along the Icefields Parkway don't make it very far due to so many breathtaking scenes that the Parkway offers up. The sheer size of the mountains and their proximity to the road makes it feel as though the peaks are hanging right above your head. This particular piece was inspired by one of those many viewpoints along the way which captured a moment in time when the peaks soared on both sides of the road and the valley opened up in front of us.
