Values and beliefs define who you are - they determine your priorities and shape how you behave, live and work. They're your personal constitution; they tell you what's important i n your life. When we live in accordance with our values, we're usually in a pretty good headspace. When we're unhappy, we forget them and it's one of the reasons we can end up grumpy, jumpy and frumpy.
