If you've ever been on the ground, on your back, or on your side and adjusted your valves, you will LOVE this tool. No more having to hold the 13mm wrench and screwdriver while cra mping your hands under your car. This tool takes care of that problem. The screwdriver is integrated into the 13mm socket that surrounds it, and the swiveling handle acts as your wrench handle. I personally have always thought about getting one of these, but never wanted to pony up the money. After years of adjusting valves on many many cars, AND busting my knuckles, I finally got one and love it. I decided to carry them in our store. Don't wait like I did!
