The 2026 Apex Compact 100 from Vango is a high quality, lightweight tent. The Apex is outer pitch first which means you won't get the inner wet should you have to put it up in the rain. You can even leave the inner in when you pack it away making it even easier and quicker to put up next time. This tent is all about being lightweight yet strong, so you can be confident when the weather turns. The flysheet is made from Vango's Protex 70 denier Eco Ripstop fabric which is created using recycled single use plastic. This environmentally friendly fabric has a hydrostatic head rating of 3000mm ensuring 100% waterproofing. The inner tent has a bathtub style groundsheet which has a height of 10cm meaning full protection from the weather. The groundsheet has a hydrostatic head of a massive 6000mm. Inside the tent you have Vango's unique tension band system which are straps that you can tighten when the wind picks up to increase the tents stability.
