Our Delicious Vanilla Almond Biscotti is a twice-baked Italian cookie that is crunchy and perfect for dunking in coffee, tea and yes even wine. It features a light vanilla flavor blended with the nutty taste of toasted almonds. Every bite is a delightful combination of vanilla sweetness and almond crunch. This biscotti was created for my wonderful mother-in-law. She wanted a biscotti that was simple but "very tasty".
