Our Delicious Vanilla Biscotti are classic Italian twice-baked cookies that are crisp, slightly sweet, and perfect for dunking in coffee, tea and yes, even wine. They have a crunchy texture complimented by the warm, aromatic notes of vanilla. This biscotti was inspired by my wonderful mother-in-law, Ann. She wanted a simple but delicious biscotti and asked if it was possible to just create a biscotti that was just vanilla, no nuts or chips. She was so happy and absolutely loved them.
