The resulting perfume is an addictive and long-wearing blend of four high quality vanillas, infused with Givaudan's upcycled sweet almond extract and an exceptional roasted tonka absolute. Almond and vanilla share certain volatile compounds, so the almond lets the vanilla announce itself right from the top. This is what gives the fragrance its power: where most vanillas take half an hour to bloom and then cling close to the skin, this one radiates immediately, with real sillage and presence. A touch of benzoin rounds out the opening with warmth. At the heart sits an obsession: four different vanillas, each chosen for the face its extraction method reveals. A vanilla tincture, based in ethanol, lifts first alongside the sweet almond. A vanilla CO2 bridges the top to the heart. A vanilla absolute from Madagascar settles into the heart and base.
