Our hand-made vanilla sugars are very special to us. A lot of time and effort goes into them. We cut and scrape dozens of fresh vanilla beans to infuse into the sugar for several d ays, stirring and mixing every couple of hours. We then grind the dry pods into a fine powder and add them back in to infuse for a few more days before the process is complete. This set of all three of our vanilla sugars is sure to be a decadent treat for anyone who likes things sweet.
