Vanish-Lite water-soluble thread is created from a special blend of ingredients that allows the thread to be sewn or quilted and when immersed in water, dissolve. Use as a temporar y bond in basting (such as quilt basting) and trapunto. Spritz with water to remove. Use an 80/12 Topstitch needle. Ensure you mark any bobbins wound with this thread, as you wouldn't want it to get mixed with other threads!For longarm machines, you may find the thicker Vanish-Extra to work better for you, but removing the thread will require soaking the item. 60 weight, 2-ply water soluble thread. 274 m (300 yd.) spool.
