VANS CHECKERBOARD OLD SKOOL 36DX

The Authentic 44 DX and Style 36 DX were developed to match the original construction of the Classics that were produced in the first Vans factory in Anaheim, California. Cotton la ces, heavy 10 oz. canvas, style numbers, original drill lining found on the heel of each shoe and a higher glossed foxing tape that captures the sheen that came from the original vulcanization process, are all design elements that were seen over 51 years ago. As a nod to the retro styling, Vans designers dressed the Authentic 44 DX and Style 36 DX with Checkerboard in OG black and mauve colorways.
