A young red wine produced using varietal Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Produced using the classic "on-the-skins" vinification at a temperature of 25-28°C, followed by approx 12 days o f maceration to obtain this wonderful vivid red wine. The intense bouquet is overflowing with aromas, in particular fruits of the forest such as raspberry, blackberry, fern and marasca cherry.
